Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customers: We offer $25 flat rate shipping for orders up to $99.99 and FREE shipping for all orders over $100.00

B2B Customers: Shipping Options will depend on the size and quantity of your order. 

FREIGHT SHIPPING: ALL ORDERS that require freight shipping will be discussed with the customer on a case-by-case basis to determine the FINAL shipping cost. The shipping cost displayed at checkout is a best estimate. We reserve the right the modify or revise the shipping costs for ALL freight shipping orders..

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to North America and South America as well as the Caribbean.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, however, we reserve the right the modify or revise the shipping costs for all international shipments and will notify each customer accordingly.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Greenomic, Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at noreply@greenomic.us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There is a $20 re-stock fee associated with all returns.
